Sunflower Sunshine

Hard to believe another week has flown by. This time next week we’ll be into a new month!
This week I am spotlighting 2 cards using BKRS stamp called Sunflower Sunshine. Although they look nearly identical the difference this time is the technique used for coloring. The first image is stamped on matte CS and colored with prisma colors. For the sky I used the cloud stencil
And sponged on very pale dye inks.
The 2nd is stamped on watercolor paper with Stazon and watercolored. The background is wet on wet technique.

Swan Scene

It’s another week and another project post. This Swan Scene was stamped with dye inks and colored with pan pastels applied with makeup brushes.  The distant trees are the tops of “Evergreens” using several pale shades of greens and lavender stamped off once or twice.  The image in the upper corners is “Corner Foliage”  also stamped in several colors to achieve depth

This card is a quick and simple project using Swan Scene silhouette stamp from Blueknightrubberstamps.com.  I stamped this on glossy CS. The background color is dye inks applied with sponges. There are a few white gel pen highlights added to the stems and water.
All images used are from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. Check them out here:  blueknightrubberstamps.com
Thanks for stopping by.
