Hi folks!  My 2 projects for this week are both made from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps "Evergreens"

This scene was created on matte cardstock and pan pastels applied with sponges.  The background trees are stamped with dye inks in varying shades of greens (the lighter the color the further in the distance it represents ) and the foreground trees with versafine claire black.  I Masked off the portion of the trees I wanted to use with a paper towel.   This is a quick and easy card that makes a statement.

This candle was stamped on glossy CS in black dye ink and colors applied with a sponge applicator.  I used a torn paper towel to mask off portions of the trees and also added the silhouette image from "Cowboy Minis" in the foreground
To transfer the image onto the candle tape a piece if white tissue paper to lightweight CS and copy. Separate the tissue paper from CS and position the tissue on candle.  Wrap a piece of waxed paper around the candle covering the image and leave enough excess to hold.  Heat with heat tool being careful not to melt the candle.  You will see the wax from the paper seal the image onto the candle.
This is a fun technique and makes great gifts.

 Enjoy, see you next week!
